What are the advantages of renting a Pop Up display?

Exhibitors that want a clean, professional look can't go wrong with a Pop Up display. These displays are perfect to Velcro signs and graphics. You can also add shelves, counters and literature stands for a custom look.

What are the advantages of renting a Slat Wall display?

Companies exhibiting products that require slat wall hooks or other fixtures will want to use our Slat Wall system. You can also use a combination of Pop Up displays and Slat Wall for your booth.

How does renting a display save me time and money?

Renting a displays from Vegas Display will save you shipping fees, exhibit storage and labor costs. You should also consider renting if you exhibit in less than three shows per year, are a new company, have a limited budget or are inexperienced coordinating trade shows and conventions.

Renting is also the perfect solution when you are exhibiting at multiple or overlapping shows. You'll also appreciate the convenience of renting a display. Do I need to hire labor to set-up a pop up?

No, our rental prices include the set-up and dismantling labor.

When should I reserve my rental display?

The sooner the better. Las Vegas is the busiest and the fastest growing convention city in the United States. Renting trade show displays is becoming more and more popular. By renting at least 14 days in advance you will get the discounted rental price and the display you want.

Do you build and install custom exhibits?

Vegas Display offers a selection of popular portable exhibits that can suite your 10x10 and 10x20 booth needs.

We do not build, store or install large custom exhibits, but we are well connected and respected in the Las Vegas trade show market and would be happy to refer you to a quality exhibit house or I&D house in Las Vegas.
